RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order kidstruments.com will gladly accept a
return within 30 days. All returns must be returned in original packaging (including
tags) and cannot show any signs of being worn, used or damaged. All returns are
required to have a  return authorization number(RA#).  Customers can get an RA#
by e-mailing returns@kidstruments.com. Items returned must be shipped to within
30 days of purchase and show no signs of damage or misuse to receive a refund.  
All items received after 30 days of purchase , or do not have a return authorization
number (RA#) will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit.  Shipping
charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is to be paid by the
customer.  If an item is deemed to be damaged in transit kidstruments.com will
then file a claim with its shipping provider. Once shipping provider settles the claim
kidstruments.com will provide an item of equal value.




INVENTORY AVAILABILITY

Unfortunately there might be occurrences when the order form shows items are in
stock when we are currently out of stock for that item.Kidstruments.com continues
to strive towards 100% inventory accuracy within the store, but can not guarantee
an item is in stock even though the sales order shows inventory is available and
committed. It is our policy not to charge the customer’s credit card for
payment until the item(s) are verified in stock and available to ship.

All items usually ship within 1-2 business days, unless specified differently on item
page.

In order to protect the customer from the risk of credit card fraud, kidstruments.
com will verify all billing information with the issuing bank, and confirm the shipping
address. In addition we require a telephone number and email address in order to
contact you if there is a question or problem with your order.



SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs and delivery times are determined by the method of shipping,
weight of the item(s) shipped, and the final destination of the package. We offer
multiple  shipping methods including: Ground, 2-Day, 3-Day and Next Day. Please
note that  items may be shipped from UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. We do not normally
ship to APO addresses, as our preferred provider will not deliver to these
addresses. However, in our effort to satisfy all customers we will provide alternate
shipping arrangements to all APO address customers. Please e-mail our customer
service department for more information and shipping charges.

Tracking numbers will be provided whenever possible.
